This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic Fundraising and Development team at a top-performing and forward-thinking school, where you will immerse yourself in the world of Fundraising and Development.
In this new role, the Bancroft’s Community and Fundraising Administrator will have the opportunity to make an impact both internally and externally, helping to bring together a vast array of stakeholders, creating a strong connection with and for our Bancroft’s community, and helping to raise funds for means tested assisted places (bursaries), capital and non-capital projects.
Prior experience in fundraising would be preferable, however we place a greater emphasis on your inter-personal skills and drive. Our work environment is designed to foster support and collaboration, allowing you to broaden your knowledge and enhance your abilities.
The post is Term Time (34 weeks) plus 6 additional weeks, 40 weeks per year and the working hours are 37.5 per week, 8.30am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (1/2 hour unpaid for lunch) office based on site. Please note a minimum of 3 of the 6 weeks will be required during the school Summer Holidays. There is the scope for some flexibility in the hours subject to negotiation with the successful candidate.
The salary range for this role will be £24-£26k per annum, based upon the experience and expertise of the successful candidate.
This position requires a level of flexibility so the successful applicant will be expected to work additional time after hours including evenings and weekends as required to meet the school needs.
